Entered into an Exclusive Listing Agreement with DDD Motel Corporation based in Mankato, Minnesota.  This 2-story, 145-room, full-service hotel was built originally in 1969 as a Holiday Inn and converted to a Best Western in 1987.  It is located at 1111 Range Street in North Mankato, Minnesota.  The sale closed on September 15, 2016 and was cash at closing.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites

Entered into an Exclusive Listing Agreement with DDD Motel Corporation based in Mankato, Minnesota.  This 5-story, 88-room, limited-service hotel was built in 2009.  It is located at 2051 Adams Street in Mankato, Minnesota.  Sold this hotel in about 75 days.  The sale closed within 4 months for 99.3% of List Price.  The sale closed on September 17, 2015 and was cash at closing.

Entered into an Exclusive Listing Agreement with DDD Motel Corporation based in Mankato, Minnesota.  This 4-story, 150-room, full-service hotel was built in 1979.  This is an independent hotel with no national franchise affiliation.  It is located at 101 East Main Street in Mankato, Minnesota.  Sold this hotel in about 75 days.  The sale closed within 4.5 months.  The sale closed on September 30, 2015 and was cash at closing.
